Who we are
Ethos Housing provides residential accommodation to people in need of help. All our properties are fully furnished, safe, clean and some come with 24hr security.
We work with all London Councils, Housing associations, Home Office, Charities, and many more government divisions.
We house families that have dependant children. Our wide range of properties can cater for families with children that require separate rooms.

Emergency housing during coronavirus
At the start of the coronavirus outbreak, we housed many vulnerable people into safe self contained properties.

Our Commitment
• Providing and maintaining accommodation, furniture, equipment and utilities
• An induction service when you arrive at the property, including information about
the local community and local services available to you
• Visiting you at least once per month
• Promoting your wellbeing, including making referrals to relevant agencies where this
would help
• Providing translation and interpreting services where necessary when communicating
with you
• Explaining feedback and complaints processes to you and resolving any complaints
within 5 days wherever possible
• Managing anti-social and violent behaviour that may occur in the accommodation
• Informing you where the nearest available GP (doctors) surgery is or helping you
to register with a GP if you have a medical condition
• Providing direct support to you when in obvious and urgent or specified need of
medical care on arrival at the accommodation
